WAC: Design Flexible Assessments

Join us this week for a discussion of how you can design flexible assessment for all modalities that are rigorous, authentic, and discourage cheating. Flexible assessments ensure that both in-person and remote students have equal opportunities to demonstrate mastery of the learning outcome(s).
WAC is just one event option in the Trefny Center Fall teaching series. Events include Coffee Hour, Wednesday Afternoon Club, and Faculty Drop-in Hour. WACs are informal midweek discussion for faculty to share strategies and learn from each other. We invite you to join us as you are able and welcome you to BYOB.
The four main elements in the Fall 2020 teaching series are: Course Setup and Structure, Design Flexible Assessments, Communication and Expectations, and Facilitate Interactions and Build Community. We recommend that you join one or more events each week to learn more and share ideas with other faculty. Please see our website for our full schedule.
